Harmony Homes – Service Terms
At Harmony Homes, we provide premium Organising and Cleaning services using our CALM approach. These terms explain what is included in our services and what you can expect when working with us.
What’s Included
Our services focus on creating calm, functional, and harmonious homes. Depending on the package you choose (Silver, Gold or Platinum), this may include:
•Decluttering and thoughtful organisation
•Creating simple systems to help maintain your space
•Thorough cleaning using eco-friendly products
What’s Not Included
The following are not part of our standard services (unless specifically requested and quoted):
•Window cleaning (interior or exterior)
•Carpet cleaning or steam cleaning•Deep cleaning of ovens, fridges, or heavy appliances
•External areas (balconies, gardens, etc.)
Additional Costs
•Storage containers, boxes, labels, and organising products are not included in our pricing and will be charged separately.
•Any items or materials required beyond our standard eco-friendly range will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Our Products
We use only eco-friendly, plant-based cleaning products that are safe for your home, family, and pets.
Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment can usually be rescheduled at no cost.
•Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
•Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Liability
We take great care with your home and belongings. We carry public liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best results, we ask that you:•Provide access to the areas we’ll be working in
•Let us know in advance about pets or any specific requirements, (we love animals)
•Secure valuable or fragile items before we arrive
